Jason Castro’s Tulsa, Oklahoma Concert

I’m not as hardcore as Jason Castro’s “dreadheads” I ran into at all the American Idol shows over the Summer, but I am a fan of Jason Castro.

He has a show coming up in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he will be appearing with a band called To Have Hero’s.

Rihanna is absolutly georgeous and Justin Timberlake is so hot, I had to take a cold shower after watching this video. I just wish Justin had more of a singing cameo in the song, but it’s OK, I will take him getting wet in the middle of a desert just fine…

If Justin Timberlake looked any better, I will have to do to rehab myself…

Michael Johns of “American Idol” In The Philippines

Michael John’s was in the Philippines last weekend. Too bad I couldn’t go visit my family there at the time, but there’s one thing guaranteed if you are an American celebrity and you go to the Philippines…they are on the most popular show in the Philippines, ASAP. Which my mother happens to watch every Sunday, so I got to catch it!

I’m still waiting on word that David Cook is going to be in the Philippines in January, 2009 because I was highly planning my trip to see my family around that time. Any confirmation Filipino fans?

In other news, Michael John’s will also be releasing a Christmas single to be released to iTunes on December 9 with the proceeds going to an unnamed charity.

Interesting things in the Land O’ Timberlake!

His girlfriend and hand bag fanatic, Jessica Biel will be designing handbags for Justin’s clothes line, William Rast.

On November 15 he fulfilled every gay man’s fantasy by appearing on Saturday Night Live in a one piece swimsuit and danced around…and Beyonce’s backup dancer in a spoof of course! NBC’s got a burr up their butt so there are no places to watch it on the internet except for various YouTube videos they haven’t banned yet. No man will ever look good in a woman’s leotard and heels as much as Justin Timberlake did. I think I fell in love again…

Justin Timberlake is the new spokesman for Callaway Golf’s new FT-iQ driver and The New York Times interviews him about what else? Golf.

WHEN DID YOU BECOME INTERESTED IN PLAYING GOLF? I first got into the game as a 10-year-old growing up in Memphis. My stepfather, Paul Harless, is a pretty good golfer, and he would often take me to a nearby course to hit balls. As my life got busier, I found the golf course to be a great escape, a great way to be away from all the madness of press agents, BlackBerrys and cellphones that never stop ringing.

WHAT IS THE BEST COURSE YOU HAVE EVER PLAYED? Augusta, no doubt. That’s where they play the Masters. It’s just a kind of magical place. The course, however, is not as intimidating as I thought it might be.

WHO ARE YOUR GOLF BUDDIES? My biggest golf buddy is probably my stepfather. That’s another great thing about the game: it gives us a chance to spend some quality time. Most of the Hollywood types that I know are not very good golfers.

WHO ARE YOUR FAVORITE GOLFERS? Tiger Woods, of course, but I love Ernie Els and Phil Mickelson. I would have to say that my favorite golfer of all time is Fred Couples. I just love the tempo of his swing. When he drives through the ball, it’s like he’s not even swinging.

HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU BUDGET FOR PLAYING GOLF? I get in about one or two rounds a week. I take my clubs everywhere. I love going on a nine-hole vacation, and those 18-hole vacations, with just me and my clubs, man, that’s twice as much fun.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CITY? I love Memphis, of course, but I also love New York. The city has a lot of soul. It’s real, there’s nothing fake about it.

WHAT DID YOU THINK OF THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION? I loved it. It turned out just fine for me. I thought Barack Obama’s speech that night was extremely overpowering; it almost brought me to tears.

WHERE ARE YOU GOING IMMEDIATELY AFTER THIS INTERVIEW? I’m going down to Chelsea Piers, where it will be quiet without all the microphones and cameras, and I’m just going to hit a few more balls.

David Cook At WNCI Jingle Ball In Columbus, Ohio

Just bought my ticket to WNCI 97.9’s Jingle Ball with Staind and David Cook.

Let me say that one more time……DAVID COOK.

The venue is general admission and I’m short, so someone in the greater Columbus, Ohio area have mercy on my soul on December 11 and bring me hot coffee’s every couple hours or so to defrost for my long day of waiting in line to get my short stack self a good spot for the show.

By the way…David Cook’s album came out today and it’s already #1 on iTunes.

Can we say celebration?

New Kids On The Block In Kansas City, Missouri UPDATE

I’m still totally trying to recover from my Kansas City trip! I did however recover enough to get my concert pictures up. We had Section 2, Row 10 which we thought was 10th row, well when we got to our seats they ended up being 4th row so my photos turned out so good, the one’s where I wasn’t drunk and taking some fuzzy photos here and there, but it’s OK because I completly and totally met New Kids on the Block backstage and that is a moment I will NEVER forget. Hopefully our (me and Suz) photos of that will be posted soon!

New Kids On The Block In Kansas City, Missouri LIVE UPDATES!

Stay tuned to my Twitter and live Flickr photo updates on the sidebar. I will be on a plane at 8AM to fly from Ohio to Kansas City, Missouri for my third New Kids on the Block concert this year.

Yes, I realize I probably have issues.

But this time I have a 5 star VIP package, which means I’m totally meeting the guys and getting a photo taken with them. I’m so FREAKIN’ EXCITED. I’ll be living the fantasies I had as a 10 year old little girl.

I had to pop some sleeping pills last night to go to sleep and I’ll probably have to take some again tonight to get some sleep to wakeup and catch my flight.

So my BFF Suz & I plan on being in Kansas City by 1PM after a 2 hour layover in Detroit and we are going to lounge around the town until we have to be in line for the Meet & Greet by 4:30pm. Showtime by 8pm and after that we’re going to hit up some clubs/bars and then go to the iHOP for some early drunken breakfast until we have to catch our flight again at 6:40am.

No sleep for the rockstars that we are! But it’s ok, that’s what Red Bulls, caffeine pills and a 6 hour flight home is for.

Lance Bass On “Chelsea Lately” and Other News

God Lance! Why won’t you just love me!

Besides the presidential elections going on next week, Lance Bass voiced his opinion by voting against the ban of same sex marriages in California. He says, “It’s a very scary situation because it’s the first proposition in our history that puts discrimination into the constitution.”

After this sexy, shirtless cha-cha number on “Dancing with the Stars”, it almost makes me want to get a sex change and turn into a man so I can do Lance Bass. Oh dear God where have those muscles been hiding?

Speaking of “Dancing with the Stars”…the injury curse also hit Lance on last week’s show, as he suffered a broken toe, which I would assume is the reason for the foot condoms in their barefoot dance.

He tells OK!, “I have a broken toe — stress fracture on top, bruised toe and a bruised top of the foot. They gave me a shot in it and I can’t feel pain.”

A broken toe will not hold him back though, “I know I can possibly hurt it more,” he explains. “But doctors are totally watching it and I should be fine.”

As for next week? “We have a samba and a foxtrot. They’re going to be really fun, explosive dances.”
